Never again! Terrible place! One night enough!
No service. Simple rooms. Location not good, traffic on the streets. Dogs overall.

We booked 1 night through airmiles. There were 4 of us- me,husband,son(12) and baby - so we booked 2 twin rooms. Our flight didn't land until late so we emailed them in advance to confirm the date we were staying but we wouldn't get there til 2am. "no problem" hahaha
after climbing the wobbly,steep stairs with luggage we handed the lad at reception our booking confirmation, to be told they thought we were arriving 4 days later, so there were no rooms. My husband,being Romanian, had great discussion with him and eventually we were offfered a room!! This was filthy, unmade and had rubbish everywhere - the lad on reception admitted it was where he relaxed, and entertained,when working.
Finally we were given enough cash to pay for a room at hotel down the road, if they had a room - he wasn't prepared to ring and find out - which they did, after we walked down the backstreets in snow at 3am.
What little we saw of this place was so dirty and unsafe - narrow path by reception at top of steep stairs with nothing to prevent you falling.Thank goodness my husband could converse or it would have been even worse.

This hotel was of a very poor standard,
there were 14 of us staying, each room was very basic but had stains on the carpet. Our room had a big damp patch that was still wet when we arrived, they made no effort to dry out the room.

we arrived with an email stating that we owed 1280 euros, when we checked they had tried to take £1280 when our bank informed us the hotel tried to claim it was a mistake.

they then sent us another email (even though we were staying there and stated that they forgot to add taxes of another 500 euros) on the whole the location was twenty minutes from town in a taxi, the staff we not very helpful and breakfast was 2 x stail bread and cheese triangle.

i would avoid this hotel it was not that cheap and seemed to much work to help anybody that was staying there
