Used this hotel a few times and depending on availability it's a good value place to stay on business in Romania. The rooms are pretty generic Novotel and simple enough. The wardrobe is funny, a very small space sticking out from the wall which can be quite intrusive and not big enough really.
Breakfast buffet contains a good selection of hot and cold, but the restaraunt in the evening is a bit limited (although I had a perfectly good steak last time). Service was too quick if anything, main course immediately after removing the starter, would have appreciated some time to digest.
On this last trip I paid £65 per night which was extremely cheap for a hotel of this standard but obviously a very quiet time for them. I would say anything from £90-£130 per night is reasonable for this standard in Bucharest. I'm sure I will be back.
