The hotel is on a very noisy street, so make sure your room does not face it otherwise you won´t sleep a wink (a permanent traffic jam under your window).
Breakfast was horrible and not very tasty. You have to choose from about 10 items on the menu and every item consists of a number of different things (eggs, pancakes, ham, etc.) but if they e.g. say you´ll get a ham, it means you´ll get only two slices and fresh fruit means couple of slices of kiwi and orange. In some cases choosing the item of menu means that you don´t even get a glass of water with your coffee (unless you pay more) because water is not part of the menu item. When they see you did not want one part of the menu you had choosen, the next day the staff will ask you whether they should bring it or not as if they wanted to save some money by not giving you something.
The staff is not very friendly or willing to help. At our check-out they even sent somebody to check our room before we were able to leave (they were probably counting beers in our minibar).
Room was fine, clean, well equipped, no problem. The only think I wonder about is why they charge you for a packet of coffee and even smaller packet of suger (available in the room), when they pretend to be a four-star hotel.
