I stayed in this central hotel many years ago and I probably stayed in the Elite Aparthotel.
This time I was in the Aparthotel and found the room more simple and basic. The complex is now part of the Radisson Blu Hotel and I checked in at the reception of Radisson.
The apartment is quite big, clean and comfortable, with a separate living room and full kitchen (microwave and fridge, but not kettle or coffee/tea machine), no safe is available, no amenities in the bathroom, no minibar. So, it’s quite basic, but nice.
The breakfast was very good, served in a nice winter garden.
Free Wi-fi.
Next time I would probably stay again in Elite apartment as it offers some more services (access to the swimming pool and gym, Executive lounge with free beverages and snacks all day long).
I suggest other travellers to be sure which kind of apartment they wish to book: the simple one or the Elite one.
Both are a good option for your stay in Bucarest and I would come back again.
