We found a dreadful reception with a young man behind the counter arrogant, unhelpful, ignoring us (intentionally), actually rude at times. We never heard good morning word, nor thank you or good night.
On the other hand, while we were standing at the reception for check in, I noticed out of the corner of my eye some strange men slamped in chairs and finally I was offered a prostitute by one of them !!!
In the same way, we found a condom in the little fridge of our bedroom and a lot of flyers and magazines with call girls phones just on the table.
The breakfast takes place in an underground windowsless room without any interest.
The bedroom was very noisy (main avenue) and smelt bad..
We wondered how they got 4 stars ! How is it possible !

When I asked for a price at reservation they told me a price , but they have increased the initial price when I arrived at the hotel.
I asked for breakfast at 7.15 because I have to leave to aeroport. They said that the restaurant opens at 7.30 and they didn't give me early breakfast and no money back for breakfast prepaid ...
In the middle of the night they received some noizy and drinky guests which disturbed the entire floor, but the receptionist didn't make anything to resolve the problem .
So I've payed more money for a white night, without breakfast and with stress!!!

The hotel was great for its location in the very center of bucharest just few meters from ground zero, offers 5 star rooms at a rate of 4 star. their breakfast was great also. I recomanded for anyone who is visiting Bucharest and want to stay in its center for agood price and very comfort rooms.

The hotel is very good located, close to the bus station and metro and also has many shops arround.
We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and living room. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, very nice bathtub,and amenities which included also a package of condoms with charge.
We didnt ate at the hotel, so I cant say nothing about the food.
The staff was helpfull and one member came with us from their other building, which is right on the corner, Bucharest Comfort Suites where we went first by mistake, when we arrived and helped us to check in at Relax Comfort Suite.
