I stayed here for 3 nights and overall was happy with the hotel. The room was huge, but unfortunately the curtains didn't fit the window which was a bit inconvenient on the ground floor. The staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. Food was excellent in the restaurant and breakfast was good too. Very clean place, although there was a horrible smell in the annex corridor that never went away. Some areas could do with a bit of attention - like the badly stained chairs in the breakfast room but nothing too drastic... In a good location for the airport and Business District. Give yourself plenty of time to get anywhere in Bucharest, the traffic is appalling!

If you intend to book online don't do it.
Just in case you want to cancel it you can't.
I made a booking in July 11 2010 and only after a couple of hours I canceled it.
Well, end of August they charged my credit card !
If you would like to ask explanations they are not able to give you a fair answer.

Considering the price the hotel it was not what I was expected. The room was big and warm but the parking and the internet was really expensive. The soundproof is not that great, since you could hear the steps from upstairs. Staff nice, but still a bit clumsy and in need of more training. Communication a bit slow, but they are really trying.

I recommend this hotel only if you want the airport near.

It is a very good event centre, efficient staff, best place to organise all sorts of events.
