We stayed here for one night and were amazed by the space, facilities and the location was perfect for us. We regularly stay in Bucharest and have stayed in many hotels- all faceless, charmless and overpriced (apart from the Rembrandt- but we wanted to be near Herastrau Park this time). The apartment was huge and very well equipped. We were travelling with a toddler so the space was very welcome for her to run around plus the fridge and stove were very handy for storing and heating her food. I have taken one mark off the service because the porter was not very helpful with aiding us with our luggage- pram, car seat and 2 suitcases. Also, having stayed in a similar place in Brasov, they provided us with a welcome pack of water, sodas and coffee - this would have been great- even if they charged us for it, I would pay for it as we had to go to a local shop to get these things.
Virginia was on the front desk and was very helpful and friendly- storing our luggage while we explored the beautiful park and Peasant's Museum nearby. We ate at the restaurant that evening and the food was simple but very good. The waiter was super and made a great fuss of our little one- mini cutlery and all! Breakfast was the best we'd had in any place in Bucharest. This place is a very family friendly place- we're booking a return visit for this month.
