Stayed there 1 night, first checked web, discount offered, booked, got a suit for lux room price, so I though until check-out when charged the rate plus extra back to near full price, told that we did not fully understand our booking (wifes native language is Russian). Suit was just like a big lux room in other hotel in city. Jacuzzi not working as per instruction, and when asked staff not much help, house keeper/manageress said problems electrical / water (bad mix) so much for the extras. In the morning the choice from the 2 page menu, we were told only items on 1 page were available, omlete - take it or leave it. The best thing was gift - small box of chocolates but for Euro135.00 it was expensive chocolate, the sauna was extra, pool was very chilly. To claim 3 stars would be enough from our experience, we did read the reviews and were disappointed by the overall experience.

This is the owner of the hotel, Maria. I'm very sorry that you had a disapointing experience. Our staff works very hard, so that each and every guest is completely satisfied. For this reason i would like to explain myself to you and the concerns that you brought up.
Firstly,the person who charged you the full price, when you had a valid coupon avialable, should have contacted the management office and explained the situation. I am glad to say that that person no longer works here. The fact that you paid 135 Euro's instead of 150 for the luxurious suit already shows that some sort of discount was already given to you. Again I appologise on behalf of my staff if you were owed further discounts.
Secondly, our jacuzzis are checked daily, and we never had any problems of them breaking down while the guests were still in the suit. We have a professional who also checks each jacuzzi everytime a guests checks out.
Finally, every morning we have a breakfast buffet with a very large variety of good quality food and beverages. We do not have a menu for breakfast: you take a plate and choose yourself. The reason you were given a menu, must be due to the fact that it was after 11 am and breakfast was already over. However if you would have requested it, a specific breakfas would have been available to you. We do not take "Take it or leave it" policy with our guests, and we never have.
