I had read reviews on Dacia and wasn't really sold. I stayed at Hotel Bella Donna for a day and then switched over to Dacia and it was ten times better!!!! My room was pretty basic - think of it as an equivalent to a US La Quinta or Best Western. For Moldova, that's pretty good. The location is central to everything (the US Embassy is only about 2-3 blocks away so I felt safe as well). The free hotel breakfast every morning was great. Wireless was pretty fast. The receptionists all spoke english and accepted payment in Visa, Mastercard, or American dollars. I was very happy with this place and will be staying again.
Room Tip: Try to get a room next to the WiFi modem for quicker internet access.
