Well, to be honest I don't know if what I experienced applies to the entire hotel because I stayed there with my wife and two sons so I got the best suite available!
I had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living room and a small lobby. And when I say huge I mean that 8 persons could have a very nice meeting at the dining table, the room had cupboards full of crystal glasses, a large working desk, beautiful carpets and so on. The bedroom had white furniture and a bed witch would have been considered a top luxury item in the 70's. The hotel had that feeling of communist era architecture but in a sweet way, somehow different of what I experienced in some similar hotels in Moldova, Ukraine or Bulgaria.
Plus:
The location, a few minutes walk from the center;
Good value for money.
Average
Clean, and everything was working all right;
Nothing to be remembered about breakfast;
Minus:
It seems they can’t escape some strange feelings dating from the communist era.
