Great hotel with very nice decorated rooms,has an excellent internet signal in the room. I was very pleasently surprised with the quality I got for the price I paid.Definitely recommend this hotel!

Horrible experience. Rented a family room and was supposed to have bedding for 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. Turned out to be a bed and an awful pull out couch that didn't fit two boys, with the third child on the floor and the baby on our bed. Nonexistent service. Hotel was almost completely empty, but the front desk clerk could not and would not assist with an extra bed or baby cot, even though it was all listed on our reservation and confirmed the same day. Hotel furnishings fell apart with one touch to the point of being dangerous with small kids around. The place looks like a dump from the outside with a tacky nightclub in the front that looks like an old strip joint. This turns out to be one of the "lounges" and "restaurants" on the website. No help with luggage - just some guy at the desk who's only skill set is handing you a key to your crappy room. No service at breakfast - maybe it's because everybody else was smart enough to stay elsewhere. Internet that was supposed to work of course did not. The place was a ghost town, and rightly so. I wouldn't stay here again if they gave me the room for free. Truly the worst hotel my family has stayed at in years. Run away.
