The staff was polite, the room was clean and sized for a three star hotel, but need a little refresh, the food served at the restaurant was very good.
The only complaints are related to the location of the hotel - hard to find without GPS and wireless internet work with interruptions and slow.

We got really good directions from the hotel, because it’s slightly off the beaten track. I would recommend that if you decide to book this hotel you ask for directions via public transit. The hotel is located in a quiet residential district about 45 minutes to get to the center by public transit – so quite a hike. However you only need to take 1 bus. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with air conditioning. The staff is very friendly and they allowed us to check in to our room at 7:00am because we had just come with a night train. In general we were satisfied, although the location is not stellar. Pretty pricey for the location.

We were recommended this hotel by friends in Zagreb as a good clean cheap Hotel and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Despite having 40 of us check in was made simple and the on site bar/restaurant is excellent. Admittedly the breakfast leaves a little to be desired and many of our party nipped off to the local McDoanlds for their breakfast. It is a littel out of the way but a quick bus ride soon has you in the centre of town or at Lake Jarun. The rooms are basic by UK bisness traveller standards but are comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times despite some of our party "borrowing" the nell from the reception desk!! I am going to stay here agin in September with just a small group of friends as I would not cosnider anywhere else now.

This hotel was booked by my company and I was there few times, with and without car. It was minutes away from my company, and 10 minutes away from city center. Public transportation is cheep and close by, so I used bus more and leave the car on guarded parking, because is quite hard to find parking in center of Zagreb
Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff was vary friendly and the food was great.
