This was my first stay at the Sheraton and it was a nice hotel but I think the Westin is much nicer, and at a comparable price. The Sheraton is slightly farther from the city center. The breakfast was 95.00 and I didn't believe it was very good- for my taste, the Westin had breakfast included with the price of the room, and a much better selection of both food and drinks. Overall I would stay in the Sheraton if necessary but would prefer to stay elsewhere if possible. As a side note I ate at the tomaslav restaurant the first evening and it was a typical hotel restaurant. You would do much better trying to find a better restaurant outside of the hotel.

Sheraton can't help it self - treats regular customers like garbage. The staff was inattentive, at best. The bathrooms were small. It was a long walk to the main part of town but close to the train and bus station. Won't stay there the next time I'm in Zagreb.

We were very pleased with this Hotel. Top of the line. Rooms were very good, staff were helpful and friendly. Food was very good. Hotel is in walking distance to everything. We had a very good stay here. We have stayed here on 2 different occasions.

I came back to this hotel because I have enjoyed my stay before. I liked it very much even this time. The hotel has an excellent location, 10 minutes walking to the main town square - "Trg Bana Jelacica", very near by the main railway and bus station.
The staff at the front desk is very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was double-single use, very big and clean. There was no noise from outside. The bed is very comfortable. As I have health problems with my lower back, I slept very peacefully. The bathroom is very clean.
The breakfast was excellent. I had a lunch at the hotel restaurant too, it was delicious.
Free Internet at the lobby. Free use of the fitness and the indoor pool. A big garage for the guests, if you come with your own car.
When I come to Zagreb next time, I will choose this hotel again.
