I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is 15 minutes walk away from a subway station that will take you to the centre of Sofia - a little too far for a visit to central Sofia. The general decor of the hotel is very nice and the rooms are mostly comfortable. However, whenever I ran out of toiletries or the complimentary water/tea/coffee in the room I had to physically request for them to be replenished. My room went days without these. The wifi signal was so weak I had to request a cable. Also, the hotel's website advertises buffet breakfast. On my first morning there was no buffet, just a menu. On my second they hadn't put everything out in the buffet despite it being 20 minutes after the breakfast start time. Another day I had to request some fruit becuase it seems they had forgotten to put it out. A final thing is that breakfast hours are 7-9.30am, yet the gym only opens at 8am, making it impossible to go to the gym, then have breakfast, then go to the office. Really poor planning.
Overall, the hotel is pretty nice, but flaws in the service and the planning make it difficult to recommend.
