Initial impression is good, but it soon goes down hill. Loud hum from generator at night through out hotel. Food terrible, even the Bulgarian guests weren't eating breakfast. Over three nights I saw only one person having an evening meal. The Sky Bar was never open. The receptionists kept trying to short change me. The hotel is not near the city centre but takes a 15 min taxi ride. The only good thing was the cleaners who did a fantastic job in the room. Best to stay nearer the city and at a more welcoming place.
