We stayed in a double ensuite room, it's located not far from the hostel, anyway really 5 min from svta nedelya!!! The room was really elegant and clean, really didn't seem an hostel but almost a 4star accomodation....
The staff was great, marin gave us a lot of informations and was really nice. His father too, who took us to the airport.

Although on first impressions we were a bit skeptical about Internet Hostel, when we got into our room it was lovely, spacious and light and clean! Shared bathroom but it was only shared with around 4 other rooms so not an issue. A wonderful location right off Vitosha Bld, close to many restaurants, shopping and some of the sights. Also, one of the women working there was an absolute delight - so friendly and welcoming.

when I first arrived in the hostel I was really enchanted by the quality of the service ,espeacially VIolet who was so reassuring BY welcoming us so warmly .she gave me so many tips to park my car in a safe place to be alawys healthy

The other reviewers seem to forget this is a hostel and not a hotel, there is nothing wrong with the place, and I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here 3 times, each time after travelling from the black sea, it doesn’t matter what time you turn up, the staff are always on hand and polite. You get your own room for 2 or 3 for about 25 Euros.. what more do you want?

It’s right in the centre of the city, McDonalds 30 seconds away, definitely would stay there again.
