When we arrived we discovered that the hotel, although having accepted our booking, was actually closed. The one member of staff present - the receptionist - was prepared to let us have a room but none of the facilities were open or available (the receptionist offered to prepare breakfast herself for us!). The room we were shown was spacious but not at all clean. Fortunately our travel agent acted swiftly to move us elsewhere immediately. Before we left we asked to speak to the manager to voice our extreme annoyance at the way we had been treated, but the manager, although visible in her office, refused to come to speak to us. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that this hotel has gone out of business for some reason.
