Downtown Hotel is a very nice place to say. My room was very large, as was the bathroom, and it was on a non-smoking floor, which was very important to me. The bathroom was also very spacious and the amount of storage was amazing. In-room safe provided. The breakfast was plentiful and room service was helpful. Clean hotel, good location, pleasant staff.

This hotel is located at the perimeter of central Sofia, so it is within either walking or easy public transport of the central Sofia attractions. The part of town is not the prettiest, but the hotel itself is quiet, attractive, well-appointed, has delicious food, and the staff are very friendly.

Also, it has one of the best single-malt Scotch selections I've seen, especially for a hotel bar.

We each received a fresh clean terrycloth robe and chocolates for our stay, and the hotel toiletries were good quality. The beds were a little bit hard for me - I guess I'm a little spoiled - but I still slept well after arriving from my international flight.

There was a very tasty breakfast buffet in the restaurant in the morning, with a selection of cereals, dairy products, eggs, pastries, fruit, vegetables and meat. The two dinners we had were also quite good. I found that I liked Bulgarian food in general though.

I was disappointed to see so few other guests besides our group. I would like places like these to stay open for business, so I strongly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sofia.

We stayed ther for 2 weaks, the hotel location is very close to the city center, just a walk away.
The rooms were very big and clean, the brakfast is good with everything you need.
The most importent thing is the nice staff, they very helpfull and nice.
Ther is free Internet conection on every room,

Very friendly staff, right in the centre of the town, the one you want to run away to after a long day of shopping and sightseeing... excellent breakfast! I'll go there again, definitely!
