I like the location of the Hotel, the perfect welcome services, the room cleaning is more then correct, the transfer to the Airport is not any question, the Reception works really excellent.
the Flannagans on the Square appears in new colors, the kitchen quality needs a slight upgrade too. TNX

The location is really convenient in downtown Sofia close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean as weel as the bathroom: huge, with bath tub and shower cabin and two sinks. Very good place to stay. Good food at Flannagan's on the Square, spacious rooms. Just be very careful with taxi, chek out the price twice!

The hotel is at good position at city center. It is not too big, has sauna, good breakfast. You can have a great view (if you look at square), or good sleep (if you look at the background of the hotel), it is impossible to have both!
There is a nice bar - irish pub next door (entracne throught the hotel). Staff tries hard to be nice.

This hotel has an excellent location. Strictly in downtown, it offers an easy walking access to all major attractions. The hotel itself is OK, although not really a 5-star venue. It could benefit from some renovation, as you can easily see damaged furniture/ interior items. It could also be cleaner, for a 5-star hotel. The staff is OK, breakfast good enough (although not that good like in Radisson Blu Bucharest). The fitness area is nothing special. The steam bath was not open and the sauna was a bit old. Generally, if you want to stay in downtown and pay a decent price for almost-a-5-star product, then this could be a good option.
