A nice clean hotel with reasonably friendly staff. The breakfast was OK but the earlier you got there the better the choice. The hotel is very close to the city centre and provided us with a good base for our trip.

The hotel is about 20mins ish from airport, we stayed in a twin room for 2 nights, the room was clean with 2 single beds the bathroom again was clean good power shower. The breakfast was ok good coffee the selection of food was ok remember this is in the price so is fine based on what you pay for the room. If you are on a budget or staying for a short period this hotel will do you just fine

The room was OK, breakfast OK, no problems to speak of (landing a bit grubby maybe), but some staff ()especially on reception) gave the strong impression that their job was mainly a matter of "processing" guests. Process them in, process them out, get their room numbers at breakfast and tick them off on a list... , which when it's so blatant gets annoying. Position not far from the centre and the bus station, which is good. Impressive lift.

We stayed in the suite and it was lovely , good size, clean and quiet . We got ice when we asked , pillows when we asked etc . The staff found info on the internet , phoned restaurants for us ,gave us directions . Wonderful.
