The Hotel is located at convenient place, close to Exhibition Center and main
Streets of Sofia where many boutiques sell fashion cloth. Although the Staff seems to be proud to work in this Hotel, the quality of the service and the equipment in the Room and the toilet is far below the normal expectation. The lobby is quite noisy with a lot of strangers.
When I ask (having plenty of time to plane departure for my country) for Bus or tram
connection, nobody could give me any information. More oft the staff, don't know foreign
languages. The area near the Hotel, needs urgent repair and the replacement of many
stone tiles, in the parking area and the Street in front of the Hotel entrance.

I don t even understand, what somebody could find as positive in this hotel. The internet in the rooms is working only on the first floor, where my room was, but only with a weak signal. The rooms are small, not for a four star hotel, too old and with stinky smell of cigarette. The area nearby is nothing special,a dark old communist, with high buildings, and a taxi to the very center of the city is required. The breakfast, during my stay of this one night, through I was from the first guests, was tasty, with great variety, but nothing special too. For 60 euro per night, I am sure you can find something much better, as I did, after this one day stay.

I stayed there during a business trip between 26 - 30 of September 2011. No free WiFi, the bathroom smells terrible, old-fashioned dirty curtains & carpets (with stains)... The furniture in the bedroom and bathroom are old, destroyed. Very noisy hotel with Casino and prostitutes... An real Ex - communist era hotel that gets worst.
During my stay there one night I got a bite by any insect that in a week later hot terrible and I went to a hospital - I cured for 1 and a half month later! When my company sent a claim to the hotel because of the low hygiene, they replied that I should leave the hotel or if I knew it was serious I should call their doctor ...
Never again!

this hotel is terrible, the bathroom smells like a really bad public toilet so you have to keep the door shut, the lifts seem to take an age, one even had a bullet hole in it, the breakfast is pathetic I would imagine even a pig would turn his nose up at it. All in all if you are going on a beer drinking football trip, the hotel is cheap and has a reasonable location. I think if I was on any other type of holiday I would leave the hotel quicker than I arrived!!
