We arrived a bit later than planned and couldn't find the doorbell, but luckily we had enough phone battery to call them so all was well. Our apartment was gorgeous, with a shared balcony, comfy sofas, large bed, satellite TV and kitchenette. The location is good once you've figured out how to get around Sofia and where the trams go (we'd recommend not arriving at Sofia train station in the evening, exhausted, with no idea which tram to get and a minimal grasp of the cyrillic alphabet - there are no signs in English and very little information!). We should also say that the friendly staff helpfully let us leave our luggage in their office after we checked out. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a great apartment. I was there for the Bulgaria v England football but went for six days, wanting to see the city and surroundings, and this was ideal, right by the main pedestrian street and the park in front of the palace of culture. I had a balcony (shared), which was great as I had hurt my left foot just before travelling so could relax when I wanted to, but the sights were a short distance away. The apartments are high above street level - 5th floor and up, I think - so are quiet but there's a dedicated lift. My apartment was clean and well-equipped. Cable TV gave me BBC World, CNN and Eurosport.

One tip - however you book, visit the website, make contact that way and get their mobile number. It's apartments not a straightforward hotel, so while they're very helpful they're not always on site.

I stayed in this nice Inn for two nights before exploring more of Bulgaria. And i'm so happy i choose this kind of accommodation instead of hotel. Manager was very nice and he would tell me some funny stories. To my surprise he gave me the biggest apartment just because it happened to be available :)

Very nice Hotel in heart of Sofia ! Clean , nice facellity , nice manneger. It can be at the warmest recommendet from Denmark ! ++++Super+++++
