“Realy Good!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 March 2011

I was staying in Radon Plaza for 5 nights, The room Was good and the bed was comfortable, The staff was Amazing and realy wanted to help whit everything.. Borrow a computer, well everything i needed..
The hotel is located a littlebit outside the city center but whit taxi about 10 marks = 5 euro..
The resturant in the rotating tower was amazing.. The only negetive thing about it was that the food took a while about 20-25 minutes for a steek.
So I would stay again acctuly going to now march again for 5 nights....
I Know the language i´m acctuly from Croatia so i speek Croatian whit them, Maby that was a difrence whit how they was to me..

“Nice and expensive”

I stayed there for one night last December. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bit poor, but still decent. The rotating restaurant on top of the hotel was really nice and had a great view of Sarajevo valley.
The hotel itself is a bit far away from the city center, but it's well connected with the center thanks to the good city transportation.
If you are looking for something luxurious, this hotel is a good choice. But otherwise, it's a bit expensive.

“a case of 'throw money at it'”

Horrible unfriendly staff. Was grunted at by reception staff on arrival
Poor quality buffet breakfast with limited selection and fruit juice from a carton (is this not a 5* hotel?)
Huge fee for room service.

If you want a quality hotel you're better off choosing a small boutique hotel in Sarajevo

“Great business hotel - with excellent onsite facilities”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 July 2010

Stayed here for one night on return leg from family holiday. Situated on commercial drag into town - but meant plenty of space, close to highway, and easy access. Revolving restaurant served a poor breakfast, but view was fantastic. Good gym, great pool / sauna facilities. Wished I'd had more time to go bowling or have another massage.
Room was very spacious, free internet access in room & wifi in lobby.
Would love to go back again.

“Depends on your definition of 'luxury'”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 September 2008

Everything appears to be quite modern, but it is for the most part just appearance. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, but the bathroom was so poorly laid out that nothing was within easy reach of the shower. You could have fit another bathroom in the space between the tub/shower and the sink. The toilet barely flushed and the water ran most of the time. The large closet had two hangers in it and was missing the supposed ironing board. However, the revolving restaurant on the top floor was very nice, and the breakfast served there was more than adequate. The business center had only one computer although there were several keyboards at desks there. The hotel is located quite a distance from the center of town, but trams and taxis were plentiful.

  • Liked — Room was spacious and had a large closet
  • Disliked — awkward bathroom layout
