I have spent just one night in this hotel (on business), so I cannot judge on many things. Unfortunately, I have not had time to see the wellness area. My room was very big. Actually, it was more like a small suite, as it also had quite a spacious antechamber. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was a large plasma TV, matching the size of the room. The mini-bar was very well stuffed with various items. There was also a kettle with coffe and tea-bags. The bathroom was huge as well, almost the size of the room, with two wash-basins. There was a regular tub and a regular shower. The door on the tub was not functioning well tough, actually, could not fully close. It is a little bit inconvinient that there is nowhere to put you towel on when you come into the tub, except onto the wal of the tub itself, as the hangers are too far away. One wall of the bathroom is full in windows and it is a nice sight - entirely white bathroom and snow-covered Sarajevo outside the window.
There was a walk-in closet in the room with ironing facilities, bath-robe and slippers. No large mirror.
The breakfast is served in the rotating restaurant on the 15th floor (but it was not rotating when I had my breakfast there, I do not know why, but I know it is a rotating one really, as I had had a lunch there on a couple of other occasions). The breakfast itself was nothing special, especially if you have in mind this is a 5* hotel. No pork ham, no fresh orange juice... I sticked to bread and butter. There was no sugar in bags, but sugar in a glass (normal glass, not sugar bowl!) with a spoon stuck into it to serve yourself, but the spoon was obvisouly wet before and then fully sticky with sugar.
The view from the restaurant is really nice, but what you can is see is mostly hills with houses.
I did not ask about wireless Internet, but it was not working automatically in my room.
The hotel is located off the city centre of Sarajevo. You have to take either public transport (tram) or taxi (about 5 € to the main bus/railway station, f.e. and a little bit more to the city centre). But it is not a very convinient location if you want just to go out, make a short walk and come back to the hotel.
All in all, I am satisfied with this hotel and I would recommend it. Still, it is not European 5*. If you go to Sarajevo for a vacation or for a short city-break, you can use the hotels which are located much much closer to the Old Town and cost half price.
