Great location on a quiet street, but still very close to the old town and the pedestrian street. The service was truly amazing, we were always taken good care of. The tips that the staff gave us concerning restaurants and sights turned out to be magnificent, we would never have found some of the places without their advice. There aren't so many rooms in the hotel, so you can always count on personal service and the receptionists always have time for you.
Like everywhere in Sarajevo, you shouldn't let the building's simple facade fool you. Once you get inside, you'll see a wam interior with loads of stylish antique furniture. And almost needless to say, the rooms really are amazing. The top floor room where we stayed was unbelievably big with a nice bathroom, and thankfully didn't smell of tobacco at all (as pretty much all other buildings in the city did). The breakfast did its job, nothing fancy but still above any hotel average.
One thing that made the stay extremely pleasant was the easy-going athmosphere in the hotel, because even though we were staying in one of the classiest and finest hotels (probably in the whole country) we could always feel relaxed and comfortable. The receptionists didn't treat us like typical 4-5 star hotel guests, they treated us as friends.
