I've been there for one night and must say it's not good enough. If you are planning to stay for short time, you'll live through this, but for longer period, find your self something better. Hotel is not so near to Old Town. If you are older person and climbing up the hill is hard for you - this hotel is not for you.
When you enter the room it looks clean. But, then you will find spider net all around the room. Towels are clean, and original they were white, but now - something gray, and parts are missing. Shampoo and shower gel are in the bottles that were used by others.

The staff is nice, and hotel lobby looks good. There is big parking. Also, you will find TV with satellite channels, that I find good.

This Hotel Hecco (one of three in Sarajevo) is on walking distance from Sarajevo's old town. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, but still a service attitude still needs to develop among the Bosnian people.

Loads of things that - I assume - worked once, have never been repaired. The fountain in the lobby is a striking example, but I also had to fix my toilet before I could flush it.

Hotel is good, I've spent few days and everything was OK. There is only one thing I exactly misunderstand-hotel has own lift service to the airport and a price was 20,00 euros what is absolutely strange, when I arrived to hotel normal taxi took me a 10 euros, but maybe the price was little bit expensive because cute lady was driver. We spent three nights at this hotel and exploring Sarajevo and the surrounding mountain resorts.

This hotel was very clean and rooms and bathrooms were of a good standard, if a little bland. Breakfast was disappointing with not much on offer apart from bread rolls and Eurocrem. The location could be better - it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the central square.

Where this hotel excelled was the friendly and efficient service (particularly the female receptionist who worked in the afternoon/evening). We received a very warm welcome and received several excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. Also the hotel had free Wi-Fi in the communal areas and some of the rooms.
