I was a guest in this hotel for a four nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel is on the best place that you can find. I was surprised to learn that it was actually an old
Bosnian house it has a charm of an old time. Hotel is actually made of two parts and I was lucky to have a room in a new part of hotel where the rooms are very nice. It is open all night so we were not limited to come back early. Breakfast is good and You can also order a hot meal from the menu. I recommend these hotel and we will come back next year.

The rooms were very dirty and the heat did not work despite the staff visiting and trying to fix several times. My colleagues also had rooms without heat.

Impossible this to be a 4 star hotel - not even two. Unreasonably expensive for what it is, small and very cold rooms. Not nice at all.

I arrived at this hotel close to midnight without a reservation, and was given a single room (room 101) which looked nice, but problems soon emerged after agreeing to the choice at a reduced rate of €50.

Maybe it's just room 101 but practically everything was bad about it: flimsy curtain, dirty toilet and with no hot water at all in the morning.

In fact, the bathroom was where all the problems occurred. The shower curtain rested on the toilet so it was soaked in urine, and as the curtain wasn't long enough, the water went everywhere during the shower, flooding the floor. It wasn't terribly hygienic, and the ventilator was the noisiest that you could imagine!

I was given another room to shower in the morning - room 106, which was much, much nicer, with a shower cubicle and a nice, strong hot shower. That kind of made up for the night before but really, for €50 a night, well, it's not really worth the hassle.

Free wi-fi available, as well as air-con and TV in every room but not many channels to choose from. Breakfast included omelettes and hot scrambled eggs but was quite poor.
