We've been in the depandance ( 2 minutes walk from the main Hotel) for 10 days and let me say that this place is just perfect. Nice big rooms always cleaned and breakfast in the cafe' at ground floor is amazing. Whatever u want u can have. Position is perfectly central near best interesting places u can visit in Sarajevo. AAA+++

A good hotel with a good price, beautiful rooms, a location very central near the old town.
Fast wireless Internet for free and a good service.
Breakfast to improve.

Artfully decorated rooms in blue and yellow tones. Amazing rugs. Good breakfast selection and a glitzy Moroccan restaurant where you can have dinner. Helpful and friendly staff.

The location is absolutely a must.
Situated in the uttermost vicinity of the Old Town, Neretva River and Gavrilo Princip Bridge, you won't be disappointed.

You can notice the refurbishment of a Communist-Style building (althought quite different from the Soviet-inspired hotels in the Baltic states or Poland). Saying this, the room itself is quite big, the bathroom is small. Shower only, no bathtub.
Also, hotel does not provide the usual soaps, shower gels and body milk.
If you're not packing your own, expect to use the industrial-grade dispensers of body shower and soap.

The room was well furnished, good quality linens.
Excellent digital satellite service - so there were plenty of channels to chose from, with a very modern 32'' + flatscreen.
As a complimentary service, a desktop computer was provided with full-acess to broadband - nice gesture as we weren't packing any laptop (we were also provided a WiFi password).

This being said, the hotel clearly caters the wise, non-splurge business traveler, but other types of guests are pretty much welcoming.

The staff spoke a perfect English, very warm and friendly.
Breakfast was buffet-style. Very decent selection of cereals, coffees and teas.
Excellent flavor meats and cheeses.
