This is a modern hotel with a nice yet busy location. The old town is just across the street. There is free parking available for a few cars right in front of the hotel, and I could easily squeeze my motorbike between two trees where no car could fit in. A small breakfast was served each morning. The personnel were friendly and helpful.

We spend just one night in Sarajevo and the Hotel Kovaci and loved it...The room was clean and comfortable...The price was a little bit high but the location was very good and very close to the Bascarsi and the restaurants...The hotel is so close to the road and you can hear the sounds of the cars at night but it was not a problem for us. By the way they were preparing to set a AC on the wall and when you go there in summer you will not be uncomfortable...İf you want to stay close to the Bascarsi and center stay there...

The owner is very nice, served us coffee and small breakfast every morning (included in the price). Location is very good, just in the center of old town- 3 min walk from Ferhadija street which is the main pedestrian street in Sarajevo. The only drawback is the room- small and the furniture is more like the one you can find in the student dorm.But if you do not care much about the facilities, and you acctually do care about hospitality and location, than this is the right place for you.

This is a friendly decent hotel but has one major issue. It is right in the middle of an extremely busy area and is very noisy at night! This is compounded by the fact that there is no AC so keeping a window open (esp during August) is essential. The owner is really friendly and I can't fault the cleanliness etc...I would just note that we didn't get a whole lot of sleep during our stay.

Sarajevo is a wonderful, interesting city- enjoy your trip.
