We were only in Tirana one night -- arrived after supper and left the next morning after a leisurely breakfast. The manager and her family live in part of the hotel and are very welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed we had was good, although our friends said that their bed was a bit saggy. Both rooms had nice balconies. The breakfast the next morning (which was included in the price) was delicious -- petulla (fried dough), garden tomatoes, feta cheese, home-made apple marmalade, cheese omelet, orange juice and large macchiato. We felt like family. There's a beautiful garden area with tables and chairs for coffee in the summer. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Tirana!

We stayed for 2 nights in this very nice hotel! The staff was really welcoming and helpful.
The location is quite far from the city center, but reachable by bus (20 min ride) or by car.

The hotel is a bit out of town. But there is a regular and cheap bus just outside that runs into the city centre, 30 lek and 10 mins, so that is not a problem. but the bus stops at 10pm so you might have to take a taxi back in the evenings.

But the hotel is only ok. The rooms and beds are old and need updating, the bed was very sagging. We didn't get clean towls, or even toilet paper! in the 3 days we were there - no one came near our room at all. There was no buffet breakfast, but i think that might be becuase we were the only guests there at at the time. We asked for toast and coffee and got that with no charge, but a bit reluctantly. We actually left the hotela day early even tho we had paid for the last nite, altho this was partly becuase we had a very early bus the next morning and wanted to be nearer to the bus station.
