Having read the two glowing reviews of the hotel, I was slightly disappointed with the Endri.

The owner, Petrit, is very friendly, and the hotel has a good location, close to the sights and bars of Bloku. But it is hard to find as there is no signage, although Petrit says he is going to improve this.

I think the quality of the rooms differs rather. Our room was rather cramped, with some superfluous furniture - for example an extra bed that blocked the door to the balcony, and the bathroom was tiny. The window was frosted thick plastic rather than glass, so the traffic noise from below did reach us, as did the headlights from the cars (the curtains are too flimsy to block this), so I didn't get a great night's sleep. We did, however, see a much nicer, larger room that unfortunately hadn't been cleaned when we checked in - so my advice would be to ask to see a couple of rooms before deciding.

This hotel is hard to find - it is set in a run-down old apartment block. But don't let the exterior appearance fool you - it is a pleasent surprise to be welcomed to beautiful, airy, clean and well-appointed rooms with good bathrooms that await you inside. The cost for two people is currently at 30Euro per night for a double. The father and son team that run the accommodation and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

It was in close walking distance to bars and restaurants. Incidentally, I would recommend trying the fabulous fresh pasta dishes at the Restaurant Plan B under the bar of the same name.

A very nice clean and centrally located hotel.

The rooms all have lovely bathrooms that look very new (with great showers) and towels. Inside the bedroom you will find a TV, fridge, wardrobe (with plenty of coat hangers) and newly fitted air con, which is a bonus in the summer. The rooms all look so clean and recently decorated. They are all very secure with a door leading into a hall way just for the hotel rooms then leading to another door into each room. Some rooms have a small balcony. It is set back off a main road so you will not hear much noise in the day or at night.
Only 20euros per night.

The hotel owner is a lovely man, speaking a bit of english.

You will be located near to all the sights of Tirana, including the monuments, restaurants and bars and shops. There is also a large park just near the hotel.

All in all a great little hotel in a great city.
