A/c was not working; elevator was not working..... breakfast was tired, room was dark, VERY HOT and as the a/c was not working, I cannot recommend the hotel. Staff were slow to rectify the situation. Room was dark and noisy at night owing to adjacent nightclub.

Very friendly service. Rooms are big enough, clean but sometimes you may smell the nicotine from previous guests. Location is good, easy access to a lot of resaturants in the neighbourhood. Very good management.

I stayed at this hotel in Tirana in June, 2004 and I just had to write a review! The hotel is new and you can tell! The rooms, the hallways, everything, is spotless. Each floor has a different feel to it, and is decorated differently from the others. Everything is very elegant and spacious. The double I stayed in was very comfortable with a lot more ammenities than i expected.
I didn't try the indoor restaurant as it was summer and ate outside instead. But the indoor restaurant looked really nice and luxurious. The pizzas were delicious! Try some of the Albanian beer, too.
The staff was very corteous and accomodating. They were always ready to help, as was the owner who was always around making sure everything was going well.
This hotel was completely worth it. It was also pretty close to the center and a couple of minutes away from a bus stop on one of the main streets.
