I stayed at Nirvana Hotel for 2 nights during the weekend. We just chose this on the spot, and the price was 70 E for a twin. It's a small hotel, meeting the basic requirements but nothing more..It has few parking places in the innercourt, so it's good if you travel by car. They also have wifi, quite good connection, free of charge in the rooms.
Apart of this, room is on a medium size and so is the bathroom, but nothing to impress, just basic decoration etc. There were few powercuts, but they have a generator that starts automatically. Breakfast was included as well in the price, you can order scrambled eggs or choose the one type ham or cheese they offer, a coffee and a glass of juice....
Location is quite ok, 5 min walk to Skenderbeu Square, 10 min to Blloku..

Do not expect much. Even if they claim 3 stars, this is a small Inn, with large rooms and noisy A/C's.

I stayed 3 nights in early September, and canceled my reservation for my next stay a week later.

I changed 2 rooms in 3 days, due to breakages. Breakfast was very weak. Rooms facing to road are too noisy due old windows. There is a computer at the lobby with internet connection, but no internet in rooms, even if the claim that they have.

Price we have been charged was 60 € per single room. There are better places for this price range in Tirana.

It is central though..
