Small place, tucked away above a cafe (but don't worry about the noise). Rooms all looked brand new and in Western Europe would probably be in a 3-star hotel (although this is a small place - it's not a big hotel). Bathroom was fine. Staff tried to be helpful, although as Albania can be a little chaotic, they were limited in what they could do. Being small, this place doesn't get the seedier characters that loiter around other big hotels
