I stayed at this hotel for a week. At first glance everything seems OK but after a couple of days, you can see there's an underlying poor attitude to customer service amongst the staff. The reception staff can be highly variable, from hostile to very helpful. It depends which one you approach and at what time. I wanted to check out 1h later than the advertised time as I had a meeting which went on longer than the check out time and the hotel wanted EUR 40 for the privilege. I think that's an outrageous amount and an insult to paying customers - for perhaps a 1/2 day late checkout maybe, but not 1h. I asked for the director to discuss that and he/she wasn't there. No wonder the hotel does not work properly as it seems that no-one is in charge. The Internet connection does not work all the time - technical problems in their network and there are power interruptions (true of much of Tirana). The business centre is a joke - there's almost nothing there except Internet PCs for which you have to buy a code card. I also found the restaurant to be overly busy. They have lots of enormous tables and hardly any small ones. The food is just average and the service slow but the prices are not particularly high either. For rooms, this hotel is completely over priced as are most of the "top end" hotels in Tirana. There are smaller hotels with cosier facilities and a lot happier and friendly staff with more flexibility. My recommendation is to avoid and stay somewhere else.
