We spent several nights here in Dec 2011 and Jan 2012 as it was the beginning and end of our tour in Albania. The first stop, the first night, was fine. We had nice rooms and overlooked the main square. The second night, there was a party happening in the 2nd floor restaurant. We could hear the music quite loudly in our 8th floor rooms. When we asked if there was anything to be done, they came and offered us different rooms on the 8th floor and when they proved to be just as noisy, they took us up to the 12th floor and put us in rooms as far from the noise as they could so we were able to get a good nights sleep. This was "do-able' because we were pretty much the only people staying in the hotel. So I am not sure what they could have done had the hotel been full but they were willing to help us as much as they could and were quite nice about it and very concerned that we have a good stay. When we returned for the last night of our holiday, we came back to Tirana International. The desk clerks, the restaurant people all remembered us and remembered what we liked to drink with our breakfast and remembered to give us the quietest room they had. very nice place to stay and very nice people working there.
