We stayed at the hotel in the Easter. We got a room with balcony and view of the nice garden and did not hear noise from the streets. The room was nice and clean and so was the bathroom.
The personell at the reception speak English very well and was very helpful. They recommended restaurant that were excellent and they found a young guide for us with much knowledge about the town and albanian history. The guide was walking all around the city with us and showed us small restaurants and shops that we would never found by ourselves.

The breakfast was excellent. Of cource drinks in the bar cost more than the bars compared to bars outside, but that is ok.

The hotel is located in the center of the town and near the restaurants district.

We would definetively stay at this hotel if we go back to Tirana!

This hotel is really very nice, the pool is big and located inmidst of a nice garden with beautiful flowers, you also can use the tennis court. The service is great. Only thing we would recommend to order /insist on a room with garden view. The rooms are nicely furnished, with kind of bioline, which is very nice too, but maybe different to some other hotels. We certainly will come back. When you visit the hotel Rogner you should also visit a restaurant which is near to it, the Restaurant Xheko Imperial or it is also called the Carlsberg (walking distance to Rogner hotel).

I stayed in Rogner for two days, during January 2011. Generally, it was much more than I expected to find in Tirana, the hotel was really fabulous! The rooms were very nice and clean, the reception was very decent, the hotel staff was too friendly and too qualified.
The best part of the hotel is its garden near the cafe and the restaurant, you really felt that you were in a magnificent country place, while you are in the very center of Tirana.

This was our first stay in Albania, we decided to have 2 nights in Tirana, followed by 3 in Durres and then a final night at Cheteau Linza.

The rooms, faclities and staff were all amazing. The hotel is centrally located and close to both the shops and the sights. The breakfast was to die for! Bucks fizz, pastries, yogurt, cooked breakfast and a variety of fresh breads. The waiting staff were attentive and there was always an omlette chef available. The breakfast room itself was rather luxurious.

The prices at the bar were rather expensive compared to anywhere outside of the hotel but this is to be expected. There is wi-fi available in the lobby, bar and breakfast room.

There was a wedding at the Hotel during our stay which was rather fascinating and a very lavish affair.

The pool looked gorgeous but you will get laughed at if you try to use it in October when at 25 degrees the locals think it is MUCH too cold to be swimming outdoors.

I would stay again without question.
