The hotel is located in not exactly located in Bulevardi Zhan D'Ark, but in Rruga Nikolla Jorga. Location is anyway at easy walking distance from the real downtown. It is also close to bus stops in Bulevardi Gjergj Fishta.
The area is quiet and safe, and for those interested, close to some casinos, bars, restaurants and the like.
The rooms are quite basic (especially the bathroom), but very very clean. The heating system is provided through an air conditioner (that can be a bit noisy) and an electric heater.
The family running the hotel is very kind and helpful.
If compared to the cost of living in Tirana, in general hotels can appear not so cheap. In this case I would say that the price/quality ratio is OK.
