I spent 4 night in this hotel on a business trip. My experience was terrible, the room was cold, I asked a change and they assigned me to a second room where at least the heating was working but the window was defective and cold wind was blowing in the room. Impossible to have hot water in the morning shower, electricity was going down in the evening and the supplementary power unit placed two level under my defective window was so noisy it was just like having a truck in my room. Personnel unresponsive and simply careless.I highly recommend to stay away from this hotel

I spent three days in Tirana with a group of partners and I decided to stay on this hotel.
It was an unusual thing that all the things that needed to have it was in the same hotel.
In a seminar organized in Tirana and this hotel had 4meeting rooms with i professional level.(sound and everything.)

I spent some very fine days in Tirana and decided torecomandimin some of my friends who had been with before.
And had the right.
A perfect hotel in all views.
Service starting from the reception, delicious food, facilities , rooms very beautiful style (Butique) and comfort that feel at home.
