We have a large team of about 25 people staying at the Sofitel Malabo. The hotel staff has been excellent, responding to our many needs and requirements. We have a number of people rotating in and out of the US and these transitions have been very well handled by the staff. Ms Ana Cucevic, Housekeeping manager has been particularly responsive to the many requirements our people have had. Mr. Sylvain Chauvet, the Hotel Manager, has been very gracious and responsive to our people. He has been innovative in ways to make our stay more enjoyable. He is extremely cooperative in supporting our many requirements both during our working day as well as in our living requirements. Our people are extremely satisfied with the service and support we are receiving.

First, kudos to the management, especially to Sylvain and Ana. They are directly responsible for the excellent treatment and service my company's team has received at the Sofitel Malabo for several months now. In every area they have been responsive to our needs. The rest of the staff has also been professional and courteous. The Sofitel has an exceptional team in Malabo and they should be duly recognized. The SOFITEL has by far the best location in Malabo. Both management and the staff were professional, friendly and responsive. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the beds were excellent. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. The selection is fantastic and always fresh and delicious. The pool is large and well maintained. You miss alittle if you do not get a view of the water.
