The bed is exquisite. The service is ok, but they can do better

Sofitel Malabo is probably by far the best hotel in town (and probably the whole country).
Nice swimming pool, nice restaurant, good location, nice bar... nice terraza. I would recommend it to anyone coming to town.

First, credit must be given to the two persons most responsible for the excellent experience of the Malabo Sofitel: Sylvain and Ana, the top managers. They are truly dedicated professionals and they are totally focused on customer satisfaction. They really do care, they know their business, and it shows. They are your key to success in Malabo. I have nothing but praise for them. I know: With the exception of twoo weeks i stayed there continuously from February to August of this year.

We have a large team of about 25 people staying at the Sofitel Malabo. The hotel staff has been excellent, responding to our many needs and requirements. We have a number of people rotating in and out of the US and these transitions have been very well handled by the staff. Ms Ana Cucevic, Housekeeping manager has been particularly responsive to the many requirements our people have had. Mr. Sylvain Chauvet, the Hotel Manager, has been very gracious and responsive to our people. He has been innovative in ways to make our stay more enjoyable. He is extremely cooperative in supporting our many requirements both during our working day as well as in our living requirements. Our people are extremely satisfied with the service and support we are receiving.
