Booked online and noticed an error in amount charged to my credit card immediately. Phoned and emailed the hotel, IHG and Priority Club many times. IHG promised they had forwarded my messages to the hotel management. Received no response from hotel prior to my check-in. Upon check-in management was contacted by telephone and agreed there were issues with my charges. After standing in the hotel lobby more than 30 minutes and speaking twice with management on the phone, I was assured the issue had been corrected. She apologized for the error and was very nice. However, I feel the situation should have been solved prior to my arrival. The hotel clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. The breakfast bar was excellent and the lady maning it was very nice. Our stay was great, just wish I had not been forced to worry about the issue for two weeks. In my opinion, they should have responded as soon as they received my message.
