Stayed 2 nights in 1 room apartment (sleeps 4). The room, bedding , sheets etc clean and replaced on time. Kitchenette handy. Quite and convenient location to Nandi/ nadi airport and surround. Stfaff courteous.
Outer room was not air-conditioned but had fan.

We stayed five days at this hotel in December. The location is not good as far as being close to anything and the area would not be safe to walk around at night. The beach that is within walking distance is not a nice beach for swimming or spending the day. This hotel is actually used as apartments by locals and is predominately Indian, as well as the staff. That is NOT a prejudice remark, as Indian people are generally wonderful. The problem here was that there were two signs in our room stated stated that they were not responsible for any theft, and to take all your valuables with you. We had too many things to lug around during the day, so we were told we could keep computers, bags etc in the office.

Unfortunately, after leaving our stuff with them, $165 and a computer charger were missing once we returned for the day. We politely told the manger this and of course got nowhere. In fact, afterwards, the staff became very rude to us and constantly laughed at us behind our backs after making comments in their language. It became incredibly uncomfortable to stay there and we never felt safe leaving anything anywhere, after that. There were locals in the room next to us who screamed and yelled almost every night. We reported it at 2am and the manager said something to them, but then they just screamed "Fu..K" at our diving door. I would recommend staying at the Raffles instead (we moved to that hotel after five days). If you must stay on Nadi, the extra money for the Raffles was worth it.

Don't misunderstand me, not all of the staff were rude at the Villas, but it was very awkward and uncomfortable most of the time. Their internet service is a joke. You have to buy a prepaid card for 30 minutes (or more) but they don't they you that you only get 15 minutes use from it because of "service charges". There is no wireless in the rooms, you have to use the internet in the lobby area.

The food at their cafe was pretty good and the cost wasn't too bad.

We stayed at Grand West Villas for four nights. The room was clean and serviced daily . Definitely no frills, but comfortable. The property is surrounded by nice gardens and there is a good pool. On the down side Grand West Villas isn't the best option for it's location. We found that the $$$'s we saved on the accommodation were spent on taxi's and food in the hotel to avoid getting in another taxi.
