This hotel is just about to be a bad hotel, but it isn't. Furniture, walls, ceilings, everything is quite old and the "lobby" and restaurant are a bit depressing and dark. Elevator is quite weird, with no internal doors (you can see the walls between floors moving as if they were the elevator door), seems dangerous to me.
Corridors follow the same standard with old carpet (but clean), fixtures and pictures on the walls.
Room was small but very clean, as well as the bathroom - old but clean. Windows are old and almost impossible to open (to improve the view), but compensated by new A/C with remote control. Flat screen TV. WiFi Internet in (I guess) every floor.
Service is overall good, they were helpful and polite.
Hotel well located, near some cafes, supermarket and different kinds of stores.
I booked this hotel as an emergency, I had to stay an extra day in Montevideo and this seemed the cheapest 3-star hotel. It includes breakfast and WiFi. Maybe I should have stayed closer to the beach, but would have been more expensive and no breakfast and WiFi.
I would recommend this hotel.
