“Excellent hotel choice for Lima”

A group of us stayed here for 5 nights this past July and were very, very pleased with our stay. The rooms are very clean and are quite spacious. The rooms facing Caminos del Inca are very large, 2 bedroom rooms with a nice kitchenette and living room area.

The staff at this hotel is TOPS! They made sure everything was well taken care of at all times.

Breakfast was chosen each night, then brought to our room the next morning. The choices were very good and the food was also good.

It WILL be noisy if you get a room that faces the street (the larger rooms), so be aware of that.

Overall, very pleased. The location was excellent - just a 10 minute walk to Starbucks, banks, a large grocery store and many, many restaurants.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that does not face Caminos del Inca. (The road)

“A great little place - except for the noise”

I stayed at the Camino del Inca Apart Hotel for a week: I was attending a meeting at the nearby Universidad Ricardo Palma and the organisers suggested it. From the moment I emailed them, their service was excellent. The hotel is in a surburban area, on quite a busy road. It is about a ten-fifteen minute (8-10 soles) taxi ride to Miraflores. All the rooms are really small suites, with a kitchen and living room area, ideal for a little self-catering. An adequate breakfast is included, in your room if you want, as is a good internet connection (not wireless but they supply cables) and local phone calls. The rooms are fine and clean. There is no restuarant, but a number are within very close walking distance. The staff are very friendly and most speak English. My only complaint is the noise; the windows kept none of the street noise out, so do ask for a room at the back. It won't be exactly quiet, but sleeping will be easier. For those on a budget who would like a lot of space, or who need something in area without many hotels, this is a pretty good bet.
