After our 12 hours flight we were happy to get to our hotel. But nobody to help us carying our luggage through a labyrinth of gangways, stairs up and down (the elevator was not working). Our room without a view lacked the minimum of comfort. A bathroom without amenities, not even a glass, no waterpressure, lightbulb gone, shower height for a dwarf, worn out appliances, airco didn't work, no fridge, not even a bottle of water, a disaster ! The girl at the reception had no time to handle our complaints. The next morning, after the cold scrambled eggs we cancelled our reservation and took off to a decent hotel, happy to forget our first night in Lima.
