This hostel gives you good value for money and could be recommended to those giving price priority. Although most rooms seem not to meet the standard of the fancy exterior, it is a most valuable hostel located in a nice and quiet area and within walking distance to the main attractions in the city centre. The rooms are clean and the hostel offers a free wifi connection with imited service between 8.30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Very pretty facade with terrace, in a nice street. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Price reasonable, breakfast could be better.
But we liked the place v much. Especially as the centre feels v crowded and polluted, this is a bit like an oasis in the City.

In all the commotion that Lima throws at you this small hotel is absolutely perfect. Tucked away on a beautiful residential road you really feel like you are outside of Lima and yet you are only a few kilomatres from the town centre.
It is a modest place but the rooms are nice, the bathroom was spotless, the staff were all incredibly helpful and simply couldn't do enough to help with everything. Amazingly as well the cost of staying here was great value.
If I am lucky enough to get back to Peru and need a hotel in Lima, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had been recommended to stay by friends and what a hidden treasure this has been. The Posada del Parque sent a driver to collect us at the airport, deliver us directly and take care of details although our arrival was late at night. The staff have been first rate in suggestions, services, and delivery. The eclectic collection of art made this hotel interessting with a Bohemian touch.
Two small suggestions, 1) Either bring your own pillow or ask for more, their pilllows are small and flat.
2) Breakfast is very skimpy, tea & toast, so if you want something more substantial buy it in a grocery and store it at hotel. They don't mind.
