Good hotel. Very clean and the position in the town was great. Very safe, this area even in the night. A lot of restaurants and bar in the area. Free Wireless connection. They dont start serving breakfast before than 7.15, even if the time would be 7,00 AM and bunch of people are waiting. The staff was very kind and helped me all the time. If i will comeback here i will try my best to book a room in the same hotel.

Spent our first night of our GAP tour at this hotel as it was the meeting point for our 3 week tour. If you can avoid staying here do so. Whilst the room was clean and we were able to check in early, we were stuck in probably the most noisy and sweltering hot room that the hotel offered... therefore no sleep. To top it off our toilet was broken and after an initial service we were again woken (not quite sure why) around 1am by someone trying to fix it.

If you are doing a GAP tour Our advice would be to stay somewhere nearby in the Miraflores area. Wander down to this place to read the notes displayed in the foyer to find out what time the briefing is (ours was 6.30pm) Head for dinner with your group before retiring to your comfy hotel The departure the next day for us was after lunch so plenty of time to check out and meet back up with your group.

Enjoyed time here. Close to some good attractions and eating areas. Would benefit from air conditioning in rooms.

This would have to be the worst hotel I have been in for noise the room we were in has a window which was a service shaft and very early in the morning the air conditioning units went on then workmen were hammering at 7am, the staff did not seem to care about the comforts of their clients.
After a 19 hour flight from Australia this was not the hotel we needed thankfully we moved the next day.
The only plus for this hotel was the Kara Restaurant which was underneath the hotel the food there was excellent and the staff had excellent customer service.
My wife put her handbag on the back of a chair and within seconds a waitress came along with a CHAIN and chained her bag to the chair so It would not get stolen, now that,s what I call customer service !!!!!!
