This hotel is in a great location in the beautiful Mira Flores area of Lima. Our room was a nice size and well done. The included breakfast was average, but adequate. However, the rudeness of the front deck clerk both afternoons and evenings we stayed there ruined the pleasant experience. Not only did he deny the removal of an incorrect charge on our bill, he demanded that we get out of our room an hour before we had to do so knowing full well the guidelines for the tour group that we were with that uses the hotel a great deal. It simply is not worth staying at a nice facility only to have a staff member ruin the experience for you.

We used this as a day room spot while waiting for flight home. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Location was great. just blocks from the beach and Lagromar mall. If there was a hiccup it was in the restaurant. Something was going on in the kitchen. Some of us waited for over an hour to get entrees. Food came out seemingly at random. I received my appetizer after about 25 minutes. Then my entre after another 25 minutes while other friends had still not been served their appetizer. When food arrived it was delicious. The wait staff was wonderful.

as other reviewers have said, the location is good for access to shopping, restaurants and the ocean mall. there were drapes in the room which totally darkened the room at night. the walls are thin but if you leave the fan on overnight as white noise, the room will be quiet. there were 2 english news channels, bbc and cnn. the mini-fridge and free computer access were convenient. there was always clear hot water but the water temperature when showering would sometimes change from hot to colder and back to hot. the main problem with the hotel was the breakfast buffet service. the choices of foods were fine but the eggs were always cold and they sometimes ran out of items so you never knew for sure what might be available day to day. also the service was horrible. the only way to get coffee was from a server and you'd have to go to the kitchen to hunt them down and ask for coffee. and then the coffee was always cold and tasted terrible. this happened every day.

The location is fine. The room is ok but no drapes and the sun is up at 6am and the room is all lighted up. There was a roach in nightstand. Front desk personel was not nice at all, altough they arranged for taxi and money exchange. Breakfast was ok. Anyway, I guess I could have gotten something better and would not stay there again.
