Just here for a night as part of a tour. Ask for a room not on the atrium if you dont want to hear people loudly talking at the computer or gathering in that area.

Los Girosoles is a very good basic+ hotel - clean, light and airy
Cafe is basic+ food, not a big selection but it is good
My room was well laid out and the bathroom good, easy access to shower and room to move
Access to WIFI good
Front of House staff nice and friendly, very good with messages etc and assistance
Just a little bit out of the way if you are pressed for time and tired, but otherwise a terrific place to stay when you are in Lima

I spent 4 days due a conference, almost new, clean and safe hotel, 10-15 minutes walk to main Miraflores district. It is rated itself as 3 stars; if you are US traveler is 1 star/2 start hotel,
friendly staff, do not ask for dinner suggestions , they do not really know.

Breakfast is enough, coffee, bread, eggs, fruit, juice; price is average in the city, do not expect even a Holiday Inn Express local flavor, but kind of.

Actually, there is no except. Since this is a new hotel, everything worked perfectly and was nice and clean. The staff, the breakfast and the room were all fine. The woman at the desk arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport. The driver spoke excellent English, which was nice for fairly long drive..
